As Managing Director of Inspire Leadership Solutions Group, Dario leads groundbreaking leadership programs and organizational strategies that empower teams and leaders to achieve exceptional results. As co-founder of Inspire Life Solutions, a nonprofit organization, he works tirelessly to empower at-risk communities and combat gun and gang violence.

Dario’s expertise is widely recognized. He is a certified Foresight Advisor, Learning and Development Specialist, and HR Organizational Development Practitioner. With a Bachelor’s degree in Theology (minoring in Psychology and Counseling) and a Master’s degree in Integration Studies, he combines academic rigor with practical experience to deliver impactful, results-oriented solutions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dario’s influence extends to global missions as a strategist for movements focused on multiplying disciples and mobilizing leaders across the Caribbean and beyond. He is also an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene in Barbados and a mentor to emerging leaders.

At the heart of Dario’s work is his family. Together with his wife, Lynda, and their three children—Caleb, Zahra, and Ashere—he navigates life with purpose, faith, and a commitment to leaving a legacy rooted in leadership and service.
